The Munsch MAK-18-B Plastic Extrusion Welder is small, powerful and variable. With this digitally controlled extruder you can easily weld up to 20mm sheet thickness.With the 360° rotating welding shoe you can effortlessly weld at any angle. What’s more, the blower can be mounted in 3 different positions (right, top, left) for you to customise the gun’s ergonomic balance to suit your welding style. The MAK-18B is a dual heat source extrusion welder. This means that the extruder barrel and hot air supply have independent heat sources. Hot air temperature can be separately controlled from the barrel temperature for optimal welding conditions. This makes the MAK-18B ideal for both field operation and workshop production. With a massive 1.8kg / hour output (Ø4mm weldrod), and sheet welding to 20mm thick, the MAK-18B is your “go to” extrusion workhorse. Call us today for more information.
