Internal Debeader Kits 90 - 500mm

Debeaders are used to remove the weld bead, formed during the butt welding of PE pipe. Internal Debeading is carried out where smooth flow is required inside the pipe (eg sewer and drainage pipelines)
When performed correctly, this process does no damage to the pipe or the weld itself, but can provide important information as to the weld effectiveness, and is often carried out as a QA measure.
